Conference Room Hire

Consider Walcha Veterinary Supplies for your next conference, function or meeting. Our spacious first floor conference room can hold up to 100 people and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, AV equioment and external access. The room can be arranged to suit your event e.g. theatre, classroom, u-shape or cocktail. Refreshments are provided and full catering is available.

Conference Package

$250 +gst Per Hire
  • Includes Room Hire & Refreshments (iced water, mints), Audio Visual (whiteboard, laptop/data projector and sound system)
  • +$14 Per Person for Morning or Afternoon Tea – Tea, Coffee, Cakes, Slices and/or Biscuits
  • +$20 Per Person for Cold Lunch – Assortment of Sandwiches
  • +$24 Per Person for Hot Lunch – BBQ (steak, sausages, coleslaw)
  • +$3.50 Per Person for Drinks – Canned Soft Drinks, Bottled Water
  • Any other requirements will incur additional fees
  • Out of Hours Access $60
