Conference Room Hire
Consider Walcha Veterinary Supplies for your next conference, function or meeting. Our spacious first floor conference room can hold up to 100 people and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, AV equipment and external access. The room can be arranged to suit any event e.g. theatre, classroom, u-shape or cocktail. Refreshments are provided and full catering is available.
Conference Package
$250 +gst Per Hire
- Includes Room Hire & Refreshments (iced water, mints), Audio Visual (whiteboard, laptop/data projector and sound system)
- <b>+$14 Per Person for Morning or Afternoon Tea</b> – Tea, Coffee, Cakes, Slices and/or Biscuits
- <b>+$20 Per Person for Cold Lunch </b>- Assortment of Sandwiches
- <b>+$24 Per Person for Hot Lunch </b>- BBQ (steak, sausages, coleslaw)
- <b>+$3.50 Per Person for Drinks </b>- Canned Soft Drinks, Bottled Water
- Any other requirements will incur additional fees
