Conference Room Hire

Consider Walcha Veterinary Supplies for your next conference, function or meeting. Our spacious first floor conference room can hold up to 100 people and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, AV equioment and external access. The room can be arranged to suit your event e.g. theatre, classroom, u-shape or cocktail. Refreshments are provided and full catering is available.

Conference Package

100$Per Hire
  • Includes Room Hire & Refreshments e.g. iced water, mints
  • +$50 for Audio Visual Hire – Whiteboard, Laptop/ Data Projector and Sound System
  • +$8 Per Person for Morning or Afternoon Tea – Tea, Coffee, Cakes, Slices and/or Biscuits
  • +$15 Per Person for Lunch – Either Assortment of Sandwiches or BBQ, Refreshments
  • +$18 Per Person for Dinner – BBQ (ssteak, sausages), with Salad and Side Dishes
